Custom pipeline was designed and working proof-of-concept was developed to reduce the cost and speedup the research. It allows operators to focus on gathering data while data processing and reporting modules are working to investigate the results, identify failures and provide information about the progress.

Operator workstation module is equipped with a high-speed camera and custom software designed to identify and log information about test subjects and upload the data to the private cloud. Operators can capture ocular microtremor parameters together with measuring contrast sensitivity, visual motor response, coordination and other important skills. Captured information is stored locally on the workstation and protected with TLS encryption when sending the data over the public networks.

Data processor module is designed to incrementally process captured data in semi-automatic mode when researchers can define and correct the areas of interest, so the overall processing quality can be increased in case of the operator errors.

Report generator module has a set of statistical functions to generate reports and investigate data outliers. This module is heavily tied to the researcher’s needs and can be replaced with any third-party software by the customer if required.
